OUTDOOR BALLOON DECOR:

We use the highest quality products and techniques for our decorations. However, due to the nature of balloons we CANNOT guarantee that your decoration will remain intact. Most outdoor balloons decor is subject to popping, fogging and/or oxidation of the colors. Balloon bouquets are not recomended for outside.Do not leave Bouquet or balloon decorations in the car.

PRODUCT VARIATION:

Balloons and accessories may vary slightly from the images on our website due to lighting in the picture or availability .In the event of unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar item equal or higher value and perfectly matches with arrangement theme.

We may share pictures of our products on our Website, social media or marketing materials for promotional purposes, we respect your privacy and do not share personal information, such as an address along with the images.

By making a purchase, customers implicitly consent to use of images featuring our products for promotional purposes. Customers who prefer not to have their images shared can notify us at the time of purchase or contact via email/Call

INSTALLATION:

Magic City Balloons LLC, shall not be held liable for any damage caused to walls, wall paint, floors, windows or any other part of your property and for any failure or delay attributable in whole or part to any acts of God, fires, floods, winds, civil disturbance or sabotage before or after decoration set up. Where allowable by venue, we will make every effort to use high quality removable adhesives, techniques and equipment to prevent any possible damage.

REMOVAL OR RENTAL OF EQUIPMET:

Our staff will return at the agreed time (usually at the end of your event) to remove any structure equipment used. We recommend that any venue staff or outside persons DO NOT attempt to remove equipment to minimize the risk of damage. Rental of any equipment and props are for the duration of the event or up to 24 hours. A $175.00 fee will be charged per day on equipment not returned on time. Damage to Equipment: Care of all professional equipment structures used for your event is the responsibility of purchaser listed above. In the event that any damage occurs, we will bill the purchaser for the complete replacement of such damaged structure and down time of equipment. Warning Choking Hazard: Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required at all times. Discard uninflated or broken balloons at once. Caution: Latex balloons contain natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions.

SEVERE WEATHER:

In the event forescasted severe weather, will contact the customer at least one day prior to delivery to reconfirm or postpone the order.

FLOATING TIME:

All of our decorations with helium or floating balloons last about 18 to 24 hours. We DO NOT guarantee longer time because it depends on the weather conditions of your location.

Magic City Balloons will not replace or exchange items been damaged due the lack of care or surrounding conditions after delivery.

CUSTOMER COOPERATION:

Ensure accurate delivery details are provided.

Someone must be available to receive the delivery at that specific date and time.

Customers MUST ensure that the delivery location, including building and venues allows balloon deliveries to the unit, in case that building does not permit access, we'll deliver it at front desk or valet parking. In the event of unsuccessful delivery due the unavailability or access issues, re-delivery charges may apply.

We care about the environment, please DO NOT RELEASE BALLOONS!

REFUND POLICY:

ABSOLUTLY NO REFUNDS will be honored, we can only offer to re-schedule your event ONCE at our convenience and date availability. If re-scheduled event gets cancelled a second time we reserve the right to cancel and remove your event from our schedules.
